Caban by Cressey is a stunning new development in a very busy market with numerous projects coming online in the same time period as the projected launch date. Solstice Creative took the approach of an editorial perspective, drawing upon extensive storytelling skills to craft messaging that gave potential buyers a mental snapshot of life at Caban by Cressey.

Caban by Cressey was incredibly well received in the market, with ads, emails and website generating significant traffic for the sales centre/team. After a substantial build-up by the sales team, marketing efforts by MLA, and innovative copy by Solstice to build anticipation, the project was widely anticipated drawing extensive interest. Caban by Cressey sold out in ONE weekend.
